I have a valid in-app purchase subscription but the channels are not unlocking or restore purchase button is not available

  1. Make sure you have the most recent version of the Sportsnet app for iOS or Apple TV from iTunes
  2. Perform a “Restore purchase” to see if this re-enables your subscription
  3. Check your Sportsnet+ subscription is still valid in iTunes:
  4. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
  5. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  6. Tap View Apple ID. Note: You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  7. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
  8. Tap on Sportsnet+ –validate your subscription is still active
