Am I eligible to purchase access to the Sportsnet+ exclusive content? +

Customers with participating TV providers who have Sportsnet channels as part of their TV package are eligible to purchase the TV provider add-on.

I’m a Rogers or Shaw TV customer, do I need the add-on subscription? +

Rogers, Rogers West and Shaw Direct customers who have Sportsnet in their TV package will receive access to this content and do not need to purchase the add-on to stream exclusive Sportsnet+ content.

I’ve purchased the add-on but don’t have access to the content on my device? +

If you have recently made the add-on purchase, you may need to logout and log back in to Sportsnet+ on your device to access content. Please ensure you are using your TV provider account credentials to login.
